Electronic Pressure Switch

A programmable pressure switch with digital display, adjustable switch points and PNP/NPN outputs, covering 0.4 to 1,000 bar and full vacuum. It replaces mechanical switches wherever set points change, hysteresis matters or a local reading is wanted.
Electronic Pressure Switch
An electronic pressure switch combines a pressure sensor, a display and one or more switching outputs in one compact housing. Set points, hysteresis and switching logic are programmed at the device, so the same unit serves many machine variants and re-commissioning takes seconds rather than a screwdriver and a test gauge.
Ranges cover 0.4 to 1,000 bar gauge or absolute and full vacuum, with overpressure capability to 1,480 bar and repeatability of ±0.5 % of span. Outputs are PNP or NPN transistor switches through a 4- or 5-pin M12 × 1 connector, the standard interface for machine builders. Wetted parts are 316L stainless steel, or PH-grade steel on the high-pressure ranges, and the process temperature range of −20 to +135 °C allows CIP and SIP cleaning in hygienic lines when combined with the hygienic or Tri-Clamp adapters.
Typical uses are hydraulic power units, machine tools, pneumatic systems, pump protection and pressure monitoring on food and pharmaceutical process skids.
