Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge – Industrial Grade

Economical copper-alloy Bourdon tube gauges for non-corrosive media: ranges to 400 bar including vacuum and compound, Class 1.6 or 2.5 accuracy, G, NPT or R threads with lower or back mounting, and optional switch contacts.
Bourdon Tube Pressure Gauge – Industrial Grade
The industrial-grade Bourdon tube gauge is the general-purpose local indicator found on compressors, pneumatic panels, HVAC systems, boilers and utility lines. A curved copper-alloy tube straightens slightly under pressure and drives the pointer through a movement, a proven design that needs no power and gives an instant reading.
Ranges run from vacuum and compound scales up to 0–400 bar. Accuracy is Class 1.6 or Class 2.5, sufficient for indication and monitoring duties. The copper-alloy wetted parts suit air, water, oil, refrigerants and other non-aggressive media at −20 to +60 °C. For long service the gauge should be selected so that steady pressure sits at about ¾ of full scale and fluctuating pressure at about ⅔.
Connection options are G, NPT or R male threads in lower-mount or back-mount configuration for panel or direct installation. Optional SPDT or DPDT switch contacts turn the gauge into a local indicator with alarm output. Accessories include mounting flanges, triangular rings, syphons for steam and isolation valves.
For corrosive media, higher temperatures or ranges above 400 bar, specify the stainless steel process-grade Bourdon tube gauge.
