Compact Temperature Transmitter

Sensor and transmitter in one small stainless steel unit: a Class AA Pt100 in a 316L sheath with a programmable 4–20 mA output, −50 to +250 °C, minimum span 25 °C, configured over USB. The economical choice for machines, hydraulic systems and hygienic skids.
Compact Temperature Transmitter
The compact temperature transmitter puts the sensing element and the electronics in one threaded stainless steel body, so a single device delivers a scaled 4–20 mA signal without a connection head, separate transmitter or thermowell. It is the temperature equivalent of a pressure sensor: small, fast to install, and easy to duplicate across a machine or a skid.
The element is a Class AA Pt100 in 3-wire connection, giving ±(0.3 °C + 0.05 % of reading) accuracy over a programmable range of −50 to +250 °C with a minimum span of 25 °C. The output is a 2-wire 4–20 mA loop, and the range, damping and failure behaviour are set with a PC and USB programming kit, so the same stock item can be configured for cooling water at 0–100 °C or hydraulic oil at 0–150 °C in seconds. Body, sheath and process connection are AISI 316L with a threaded connection; hygienic variants suit CIP-cleaned food and pharmaceutical lines.
Accessories are the USB programming kit, extension cables and connectors.
Typical uses are liquid and gas temperature on machinery, hydraulic power units, compressors, chillers, test benches and sanitary process equipment, across machine building, hydraulics, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and general process industries. For process plant duty with thermowells, hazardous-area approval or fieldbus, specify a separate sensor and temperature transmitter.
