Ayrıntılar

A diaphragm pressure gauge measures with a circular diaphragm clamped between two flanges; its small deflection is transferred to the pointer. Because the diaphragm has a large area it responds to very low pressures where a Bourdon tube cannot, and because it can be made in exotic materials or lined with PTFE it tolerates media that would attack a Bourdon tube. Overload protection is also higher than that of a comparable Bourdon gauge.

Ranges run from 0–16 mbar up to 0–25 bar, including vacuum and compound scales, with accuracy Class 1.6 or 2.5 to EN 837-3 and process temperatures up to +200 °C. Connections are ½" threaded or M20, or, for viscous, contaminated or crystallising media, an open flange in DN25/DN50 or ASME Class 150/300 that presents the diaphragm flush to the process with no dead space. A flushing bore option keeps the measuring chamber clear.

Wetted parts are 316L stainless steel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel, tantalum, PTFE-lined or gold-plated. Optional SPDT/DPDT contacts, mounting brackets, syphons and overpressure protectors complete the package.

Typical duties are filter and blower monitoring, low-pressure gas and vent lines, chemical dosing, and aggressive or contaminated media in chemical, petrochemical, power, water and wastewater and general process plants.
