Accessories and assemblies

An analytical measurement is only as good as its installation. The sensor must see a representative sample at the right flow and pressure, be removable for cleaning and calibration, and be wired to its transmitter without noise or ground loops. The accessories range covers each of those needs for the pH/ORP, conductivity, chlorine, ozone and dissolved oxygen sensors in this catalogue.

Mounting adapters and in-line tees insert sensors into pipes with ¾", 1", 1½" and 2" connections or 1½" and 2" Tri-Clamp for hygienic lines. Retraction assemblies let the sensor be withdrawn from a pressurised line through a ball valve without shutting down. Low-flow cells with ¼" FNPT connections and complete sample panels with rotameters provide the constant, low sample flow that chlorine and dissolved oxygen sensors need, and mount several sensors together on one panel with isolation and drain. Junction boxes and extension cables carry the sensor signal to a transmitter up to the specified cable length, and calibration solutions and buffers support routine maintenance.

Materials are 316 stainless steel, CPVC/PVC, polycarbonate, PEEK and nylon, with Buna-N, EPDM, FKM and silicone seals, covering 0 to 200 °C and atmospheric pressure to 20 bar depending on the accessory.

Accessories are selected and supplied with the sensor and transmitter as a complete measuring point.
